At the Chattanooga Eye Institute, we accept coverage from many insurance carriers; however, some procedures, such as LASIK, may be considered cosmetic and will not be covered. As a convenience, we gladly accept most major credit cards for payment.

In addition, we are providing a link below to an independent financing company that has served our patients well. Please be aware, however, that different finance companies offer different terms and options, so be sure to read all information carefully.
